Cranberry Oatmeal Cookie Recipe:
2 sticks of butter
1 1/2 cups of organic cane sugar
1/8 cup molasses
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup craisins
I love cranberries in cookies. I'll have to remember this one for Christmas!
